Reliable Property Repairs are a tightly managed company and as their name implies, Reliable in all respects. They communicate very well with Tenants, Property Managers, and Owners. The invoices and quotes are detailed and easy to understand.
Their work cannot be faulted; work orders are completed within a short time frame and prices are competitive.

Quality Of Work Cannot Be Faulted
We were first introduced to Reliable Property Repairs when they did some work on our rental property. We have since used them many times on our own property.
There are two aspects about dealing with Reliable that really stand out, firstly, the communication is excellent and second the quality of their work cannot be faulted.
When you contact them they arrange a time, they confirm that time by text or email and they arrive when they promise (unlike many trades people).
Their prices are very fair and quotes are provided quickly and efficiently. It gets better from there…on the day of the job they arrive on time, the work is of the highest standardand they leave the site neat and tidy.
I cannot fault any of the work they have done for us.
I have no hesitation recommending Reliable to anyone looking for the above mentioned, quality of work, efficiency to deal with, honesty and friendliness.
